05 — Kuwait Presence
CGGC entered the Kuwaiti market in 2003, with the Subiya Water Supply Project for the Ministry of Electricity & Water as its first engagement. Since then the company has delivered four major projects to PAHW, MEW and Kuwait University.
Between 2023 and 2025, three contracts worth a combined USD 1.5 billion were signed with PAHW — making CGGC the largest infrastructure contractor in Kuwait's history and PAHW's largest partner. In 2020 the company registered a 100% wholly-owned WLL entity through KDIPA, and since 2017 has invested heavily in heavy plant and equipment.
Two decades of consistent delivery have established CGGC as a recognised brand in Kuwait's infrastructure sector, supported by long-standing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, banks, local partners and consultants.
